Does Tyan make the only MP board?

My friend might be interested in a dual Athlon system for 3D rendering if one is available that is reliable, fast and stable. I've heard people mentioning Tyan Tiger MP boards, which I've never heard of, but I have heard of Tyan MP boards that Anand is using. What's the deal? Any others, anyone can point me to some good articles about the tiger, or just break it down for me? Thanks.

As of right now Tyan makes the only two MP boards. The Thunder K7 is the higher end board and the Tiger MP is the lower end board.

As far as I know, Tyan is the only company shipping AMD MP motherboards. But I believe that big players like Asus and MSI will follow soon - there are great margins for manufacturers on MP mobos The best choice right now is clearly Tyan Tiger MP - no need for that nasty 460W PSU and all the performance of Thunder K7; using RAID0 setup on IDE... real beauty.
