I was just watching Trump sign a bill, we've all watched these before where the President uses 10-20 pens to sign his name and they are given to representatives of the "cause".

Trump used ONE pen...it makes wonder, has anyone seen him use more than one? Can he write ?

It's an indication that he doesn't have friends or simply enough people that are in any way interested in "souvenir" Trump pens when x Executive Order is signed.

LOL, what an illiterate fool Trump is ... what's that, a forty-year political veteran lost to him? How embarrassing :)

Trump: "You want me to use how many pens? Fuck this job is harder than anyone knew. You get one pen!"

I don't think it is done for executive orders, only for Bills. I could be wrong.

In a weird way that's one of the few things I like about Trump.

No, I have always thought that the multiple pen process was odd. Who the fuck wants to sign their name one letter at a time in that fashion?
I'm with you on this one.

I'd be like "You want me to do what? Fuck that! I'll sign it like a normal person, just give them free pens."

I saw him give his one pen away after signing an E.O.
It was a terrific pen.

I don't think his choice of and number of pens used is what is worrying.

What is worrying is watching a 70yr old man struggle to read something my 7 yr can without even trying. Try to parse what he leaves as a signature with the letters that actually comprise his name. Listen to him try to say simple phrases and sentences, how he turns it into a multi-point description, replete with continuous pauses, stutters, non sequitur, then repeats bits and pieces in whatever order he wants giving the audience the impression he's either crazy or has the attention span of some kind of insect. That's not even touching on the vast amount of ignorance he displays on policy.

Like the cast of SNL found out when Dump hosted, he can't really read like the rest of us. Punctuation and proper grammar make him confused, which is one of the reasons he doesn't get jokes. Whatever mental illness he seems to be suffering from sure ain't helping.

I always thought it was stupid to use 10 pens to sign your name. And it is wasteful.
