Does too much Nutrasweet (aspartame) give you a headache?

isnt that for people who cant eat sugar because they are diabetic or something?

I haven't seen conclusive evidence on aspartame anywhere. Most of the websites that are against it are very biased, and the same goes obviously for the FDA's reports.
 
Aspartame has been conclusively proven to cause cancer. I don't think headache data is available, but if you personally find something to cause headaches for you, then you should avoid it in the future. Aspartame in particular is a case where 90% of independently funded peer-reviewed studies found problems, while none of the industry funded studies found problems, which makes it an excellent case study in funding bias of the modern scientific investigatory process.
