Does Tivo Stream 4k allow episode download?

I have a recent Roku hooked up to my 'dumb' tv, but have a need to download videos for offline watching, especially on HBO Max, and perhaps Disney+. The Roku doesn't allow adding any storage, and doesn't seem to have any built in, so I guess you can't download episodes for offline watching. However, the Tivo Stream 4k does allow you to hook up a USB flash drive. Can anyone confirm whether you can download episodes on various streamers (Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max) to watch offline? I'd like to verify this before buying one. Thanks so much!
