Of course it was his. That's our eBay account. I have many pictures with "CyberZer0's auction item CZroe" type messages. Sure, he didn't add "Ichinisan" in there for your sake, but did he really need to?

Damn! There were at least 5 more bids after I went to sleep before it was pulled. I wonder what the price got up to? The frenzy will be less now and I probably won't get as much as I would have gotten.

Now the timing is all wrong. It will end around 6:40 AM on the east coast, 3:40 AM on the west. Also, the official product page no longer says "not available" like it did last night, so people will see that it's just back-ordered.

eBay always finds a way to make me miss an opportunity. The frenzy will have died and the price won't go nearly as high as it would have. :(

THIS ONE with only 8 hours remaining mentions "Hitler" and didn't get pulled!

Stopped by JCP earlier today and there were none left. Just the display model...and I didn't think to ask if it was for sale. I called later to ask and the person said they had at least 3 of them new-in-box. I returned and picked-up two of them.

Well, the re-listed one sold. Despite the multiple mentions of "Hitler," it didn't get pulled.

Strange how the bids ended abruptly yesterday morning and it didn't get a single other bid after it reached $102.50

Our friend just had his removed by eBay for mentioning Hitler just as our third closed for significantly less without mentioning Hitler. It seems that it needs to reference Hitler for the bucks but eBay may or may not pull it.

Reminds me of Youtube. 10 people can post a video with the same song, 2 of them might get pulled for copyright. (with my luck I'm usually one of those 2)

Also I don't get why people take so much offense to Hitler vs other mass killers. I bet if it looked like Osama Bin Laden and the listing said that nobody would be offended. I guess Hitler did kill more people but still.

How much were these retailing for anyway? Were they actually pulled, or did they just run out of stock? I think it's hilarious if they actually discontinue them because of this. Was completely unintentional by the company.

I had already scheduled the third one so it would start/end around 10:00 PM. It closed for only $76, but that's probably because it had no mention of "Hitler" in the title. Others were still closing around $100 at that time.

Waiting at all means there's also a chance eBay gets flooded with way more of them...or JC Penney decides not to "discontinue" it (they are pretty desperate). The longer I wait, the more the frenzy dies. Already, the page on the JCP web site changed from "no longer available" to "back ordered."

Friday evening probably isn't be best time to have something end anyway because a lot of people aren't home.
