also do you think I'll need more fans?

im paying someone to build my computer so I want to make sure everything is
fine because I wont ever be opening up the computer and upgrading it.

Do you know much about computers yourself? It's not a very good idea to get a custom rig built by somebody else. They'll have to be your tech support, since there's no handy Dell/HP/Alienware tech support to help you.

Looks ok.

I'd just go for the one DVDRW, and see if you can't make it a BenQ 1640. There are advantages to having two, but not all that many.

There isn't all that much to say, it looks like a nice build. It's down to nitpicking and you've even chosen the right PSU for gawd's sakes.
