This guy is winning tons of auctions, but just on older macromedia software and lives in Germany. He also bids in the very last second of the auction on several occasions.

#1.) Why would someone need that much Flash, ColdServer, and misc other Macromedia licenses/programs?
#2.) Are there programs now that allow you to bid on the last second? (He bids on the exact second the auction closes.)

Yeah I am nosy! 😉, plus he won an auction I was looking at.
