In device manager it says

Memory (RAM): 4.00GB

When I ctrl alt del into task manager it says

Physical Memory (MB)

Total 3198
Cached 1694
Free 741


Does that mean it is not seeing all 4GB of my ram?

Unfortunatley this DDR2 is PC 6400, my other 2GB I started with is PC 8000. Guess I can't overclock anymore 🙁


Is an extra 2GB worth giving up an 800 MHz Overclock?
 
yes depending on the base fsb of your cpu...your being around 360mhz Im guessing at a 9X multi you only need ddr2-800
