They're based in the US so there prices are in US dollars. Not sure if they ship to Ca. call/e-mail them and ask.

This is in their FAQ section:
"Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally. We do require a US billing and shipping address. We do apologize."

necro007 have you tried NCIX. They have pretty good prices (Canadian based company with Canadian prices) although I don't know how expensive the shipping is.

You are better off using Canadian companies. you will get hit with major duty if they ship it across the border, and also the shipping ends up being close to double.

The 2 companies I order from are Ncix and Infonec. If you have an Infonec near you, you get a fairly good discount for picking it up and they seem to be in most major cities.

Not sure if Monarch ships to Canada, check their shipping info page. Just note that ontop of Exchange, you'll still pay GST/PST and there is often another charge of $25ish that shipping companies charge for "Border Fees". Add all this up and compare it to Canadian Online Retailers like NCIX before ordering. You'll likely find there isn't a savings after all costs are included.

That card can be puchased at 419.99 plus tax in canada without duties, I wouldn't pay more then that.

339.99 * 1.163457 = 395.56 + taxes, duties, shipping etc. I bet the extra 20 dollars isn't woth the hassel + you also have to factor in all the other costs.

Has any Canadians bought a "evga 7800GT" and if you did could you please tell me where you got it from and how much it cost.

I stay in Canada,Regina,SK.

So far this is my options.

1....... get this one,Why- cause it's at a local future shop so i don't have to worry bout shiping.

http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/prodde...gid=EN&sku_id=0665000FS10066462&catid=

But its too much so....

2...... get this one,its the cheapest evga 7800GT that i have seen

http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=16261&manufacture=eVGA&promoid=1026

3..... get this one, it is cheaper but i'm kinda leaning for a evga model.

http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/...etails.asp?EdpNo=1699446&Sku=P450-7814

4.... Wait until the price drops for this card.

http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?...-N515-AX&manufacture=eVGA&promoid=1026

Also, i understand that the evga 7800GT comes in diff forms, one has a copper cooler and one is alu, ect.

Does having the copper cooler make a BIGGGGG dif or is it just a small diff.

Any help would be great.
