Does this picture look Photoshopped to you?

Something just doesn't look right with this "Year In Images" picture from TIME:

That soldier kinda looks pasted into the picture, no?

It is hard to tell without a higher resolution image...but if i had to guess anything, it looks like the WB of the photo and the person is slightly different...

But I could still see how its perfectly realistic at the same time...Photo manipulation tools are definitely blurring reality and imagination!

as magomago said, it's hard to tell without a high-res copy. the person seems to have many more shadows on him than the surrounding foliage does (person looks like he was photographed in broad daylight, foliage looks like it was on a cloudy day).

Yes, the WB is off and like soydios, said, the soldier is too bright for the surrounding

I don't think it was photoshopped(in terms of the soldier being pasted into the surroudings).

When using shallow DOF in certain lighting situations on my 5D, I, too, sometimes get images like that as well.
