Does this page scroll funky in chrome on your device?

I run across more and more pages that scroll and load badly on my GS4, seems to be as bad in chrome as it is in firefox or opera, just a little different.
The phone does not seem stressed really, I can open the menu, swipe down the notification bar and it's all fluid and fine and normal, but these pages like this one are all but impossible to scroll through. Been like this across several resets over the last year and I think my GS3 had the same thing here and there. My Nexus 7 2nd gen is slightly draggy but not enough to be annoying really on the same page. GS4 just showing it's age?

edit: Better in Dolphin browser. That sounds like a clue.

What do you mean by "funky"? There is a slight delay while the page loads the images and videos, but once they are loaded the page scrolls up and down just fine in Chrome on my old 8GB 2012 Nexus 7.

Smooth for me on a Galaxy S5 and Firefox. I have Chrome disabled, and it'll be removed once I get around to adding a custom recovery, and backing everything up.

Funky like, jerky, swipe up or down and it will, sometimes, scroll haltingly a few seconds later. It feels like a software problem rather than resource.

Yes, but you can see why if you scroll fast. Any image that's not on the screen yet doesn't seem to be loaded yet (saves bandwidth I'm assuming). As you scroll the images begin to fill in, which makes the scrolling feel like it studders. It also screws with the formatting a bit as the images start to fill in blank space. If you scroll to the bottom you'll see every single comment has an avatar that's loading too which is killing it. I think it's partly the server hosting these images, and partly how chrome is working.

Once the images are all loaded it scrolls fine.

That might be it, it's almost like it isn't able to load the images and stuff and it's stuck. Any idea why it loads and scrolls fine in Chrome on my N7 (same wifi) or on the GS4 with Dolphin browser?
