There is no real life difference between UDMA-100 and -133, just the marketing hype. IDE HDDs are far from saturating even the former.

Dual socket A always uses the AMD 760MP or MPX chipset; no integrated RAID on this one. But the MPX chipset gives you 66 MHz 64-bit PCI. Put a RAID card there, and you'll fly.
