27 inch
1440p

Wall mountable
Solid non-wobbly stand with swivel, height adjustment and tilt.
Glossy or light AG
Small bezel

Excellent uniformity
Factory calibrated color
No buzzing issues
Non-PWM backlighting
No backlight bleed issues
No strange tinting
No cross hatching issues

Reasonable response time

Or should I say, how does this not exist? Is attention to detail and proper quality control that difficult?

The four 27" 1440p displays I've returned (or am in the process of returning, as Dell has yet to send me return shipping labels) suggest that such a monitor is quite hard to find.

It seems that every once in a while someone stumbles on a gem that meets all of your criteria, but there's no single model that guarantees you're going to get it.

The Viewsonic VP-2770 might be your best bet at this point.

Response time, tiny bezels and wall-mount holes are something that was solved long ago. My first LCD, Acer AL1912 from 2005 had 12ms response time but there was no ghosting even on the most hardcore FPSes or movies. Today screens are offering 2ms delay, it's nothing now to be focused on.
The backlight bleed and crosshatching is something you are just never sure of in the first place, just because this varies from piece to piece.
