Unless you're on the same local network as the remote host the MAC will be that of the last hop the packet took.

That's not the first that I've heard of that, someone else mentioned that. I wonder what in the world it is. Those same ports too, exactly. Those look intentional and coordinated, probably by one specific entity.

That last one, though, is different, that's just one of the many automated worms going around. :( Just keep your firewall up and ignore it, basically.
