Does this look right?

Did a little research and came up with the following for a new system:
Gigabyet GA-7VAXP
Athlon XP2000
512 Mushkin PC2700 L2
Antec SX83511 (350 watt)

Will reuse my Alpha PAL 6035 cooler currently on Duron
GeForce4 TI4200 128MB

No immediate plan to OC, primarily a gaming system.

Is the L2 memory worth the extra $?

NIce system...

I think on the memory it goes back to the fact that the athlon with its 133fsb has a maximum bandwidth of 2.1gb/s so the pc2700 and its 2.7gb/s will show little performance gain over pc2100 memory and its 2.1 gb/s of bandwidth....

Unlock it and turn the fsb up t0 166fsb and don't overclock and it should be a little bit more worth it....

If you plan on ocing later...Yeah go for it!!!!
