What kind of budget system "needs" a radeon 9700? Just get a 9200 or 5200 for a budget system.

sometimes ebay is good. got 3200 newcastle for $110 and it o/cs into 2.7ghz 😀 hella nice

Uh, well i guess i don't "need" it, but I do play games like Halo and Unreal Tournament, and the price seemed pretty good. By budget I mean I'm only spending a small amount of money, not that it will be complete crap.

The 9700 is a decent card, not the worlds fastest as the ad claims, but not too shabby either.
