Does this idle temp seem high?

I've noticed that alot of times when my cpu's idling, the temperature will still be in the 44-45c range (my case temps are never high so theres no problem there; and at times the cpu temp is more like 42c, occasionally lower). I'm running it at 200x10.5 right now, with the vcore at 1.65. Under Prime95's torture test, I think the highest the temp has gotten to is maybe 50.5c. But does this idle temp still seem too high to yall? Is it possible I didn't apply the artic silver correctly, or do these temps seem normal with the low cfm fan I have?

grab S2kCtl

What exactly is that program?

edit: it's definitely lowering my temps...just not sure what its doing really. Is this decreasing performance or anything?

edit again: k so I guess it has something to do with enabling cpu disconnect. I had it enabled in BIOS last week and I unknowingly I disabled it a few days ago, and now I realized that's why my idle temps went up to around 45c when they didn't used to be. Even with it enabled in BIOS now though, S2kCtl is still lowering them another 5-7 degrees....cool program.

When you have this program running, are you hearing a faint humming noise out of your speakers? Thats the only complaint I have about it. Also, with the bus disconnect enabled, I failed Prime95 in like a minute, so I guess its not one of those programs that you can keep running at all times and will automatically sense when it needs to disable itself (I think there's others that are like this)...you'll have to manully double click the icon in the tray to disable it.
