Does this heatsink fit?

I am wondering if anyone has been able to fit a Thermalright SLK-900-A on the DFI NFII Ultra motherboard. Or if anyone has the area available around the cpu and is able to post then it would be appreciated.

That mobo looks similar to an asus a7n8x. If this is it, it'll fit.

Looks very similar space around it but might be close on top but not certain.

Still about the same as the asus. But I can tell by looking at it that it will fit.
