The start button in Win2K ... does it bother you that it automatically hides items after not being used for a while? It bothers me ... how can I get rid of it?

glad i could help guys :)

if the feature is bugging you in IE as well, you can turn it off too.

Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Uncheck "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"

Good point. If you have a lot of stuff clogging up the start menu, it could be useful, since if you don't use it often you might not care. :) But still, I prefer to have everything visible so I know what is where and when. It's still easy to manage since it scrolls.

What do you could is right click on taskbar and select properties. uncheck the "use personalized menus" option.

"use winme :Q"

I dual-boot Win2K/WinME. ;) I use 2K mostly though, simply because it's .. well, better. :)

I have a question, how do you get your favorites in IE to open in a full page (extend horizontally) instead of all vertically. Win95 used to do this, but can't do it anymore! There used to be a tweak for this.
