Does this exsist?

I know win9x/ME doesnt support SMP natively, however I have heard rumors about a patch/hack that allowed it to use 2 processors. My question is, does this exsist/can someone linkify it for me? AFIK to enable SMP you would have to rewrite the Kernel of win9x, which i would think, woudl take A LOT of time, and wouldnt be worth it for a geek to rewrite when he can just use Win2k.

I seriously doubt there is a Win 9x variant that supports SMP. Your right it would make no sense, especially when there is a good alternative. Win2k, or better yet Linux.
