Im planning to buy gryphon z87 as it has good look with its armor. Im currently using Coolermaster V6GT and MSI r9 290 gaming. Will the gpu and the CPU cooler fit with this mobo?

Well, perhaps someone should tell me if the NH-D14 would fit that mATX motherboard, because I feel easy with the guess that it does so.

My eVGA [NVidia] GTX 570 is 10.5" long and some 4.5" high. I am replacing it with a GTX 780 that is maybe a half-inch and change longer. The only thing that required measurement before I clicked "Proceed to Checkout" was the distance between the back of the case at the PCI-E slot and the drive cage in front. So I'd think it is your case that will determine whether you can use this or that VGA card with that mATX motherboard -- not the board.

Helluva nice mATX Haswell board from reviewing the ASUS web page on "features." I'll file that away for future reference.

But the card and the heatsink are too big.

You need about 24mm clearance from the centerline of the heatsink attaching holes closest to the PCIe slots to the part of the card with the least clearance. I've not seen a setup yet where this is a problem.
