First off, I am talking about the miniPCIe SSD cards that exist for netbooks...see Newegg link:

Is there an adapter that on one end, I could plug one of these cards in, and on the other end, I'd plug an 2.5" IDE cable into?

I have seen both PATA and SATA versions of these cards, so if it's a SATA card, then there would be a SATA jack on the adapter.

So, has anyone seen such an animal?
