Does the XP-120 heatsink work on VNF4 motherboard?

I'm probably going to buy the Chaintech VNF4 motherboard. I heard that the Thermalright XP-120 CPU cooler is one of the best heatsinks so I wanted to get it. But it looks like the XP-120 doesn't fit on certain motherboards. The Thermalright website doesn't say either way whether it will fit on the VNF4 or not. So is there anyone here who can confirm that it either does or does not work?

How about the Zalman CNPS7700? I saw one report that it does work so I might just go with this one if nobody can confirm the XP-120.
