Does the XP-120 fit the older DFI LANPARTY UT nF3 ULTRA-D?

Everything related to this great, but discontinued motherboard seems to have disappeared on Google... and Thermalright's heatsink compatibility page :

If anyone's ever used this setup before, are the two compatible?

Also, will a X850XT AGP fit in the mobo? Thanks.
 
Thermaltake Big Typhoon > XP-120, & it will fit on basically any s939 mobo.

Of course an X850XT will fit in there.
 
No prob soc 939
However it will not fit on soc 754 NF3 - the 4 pin mobo aux 12V molex butts right up against the black mounting bracket and the PSU cable has to be snaked UNDER the fins.
