Does the Soltek SL-75DRV2 board work with the 8045 heat sink

I am getting a SL-75DRV2 board and I think I have decided that I want the Alpha 8045 Heat Sink, but I cannot be sure it will fit.
I have looked that the motherboard list for the 8045 and the Soltek is not listed.
If you don't know if it will fit do you know the exact dimensions of the 8045 so I can measure when the board gets here?
Can you tell by looking at this Picture?

If it does fit, it will be close. The 8045 is a hair under 80mm square. Referencing your pic as shown, it would be centered top to bottom on the mount holes, requiring 7mm above and below the hole centers. You'll need 30mm to the left of the centerline of the left holes, and 14mm to the right of the right holes. This is with the board as pictured, output plugs down.
