Does the SETI 3.03 CLI use all the processing power?

I think I remember hearing that when dealing with low angle-range WU's the 3.0 CLI didn't actually use all the processing power...it only ran at 80% or something like that.

Does the 3.03 CLI have the same problem?
 
My machines show it using about 97% of the CPU when all else is idle.
Haven't altered the default settings ever 🙂

Had the same results here on a 2K box with Dnet running as well. In other words, same priority that I had with 3.0
