Does the Scythe Ninja fit the MSI K8N Neo S754?

Ive been given a free Socket 754 chip and I have picked out this MSI board as its cheap and I trust MSI from that time to go for it.

Im a guy thats into silence, dig up my archived review of AcoustiPack Deluxe if you wish, so I need a quiet heatsink which I wouldnt mind taking with me if in the unlikely even I can afford to upgrade to AM2 or S939 in the next year.

Does the Scythe Ninja fit this board? Ive taken a tour of the MSI and Scythe homepage but havent seen anything to say they will or they wont work together.

Im only going for this "upgrade" because it wont cost too much and takes my 1700+ XP up to a 2800+ A64 or Sempron 90nm, havent read the codes yet.

Any responses?

Well, the scythe ninja plus will fit s754 but not am2. The scythe ninja plus rev. B will fit almost anything, including am2. It's a good investment.
