mammaries? I don't think the P4P800 qualifies as a mammal, but I could be wrong.
do you mean RAM? If so, no. You have to buy that yourself
 
If you mean Don't-Call-It-PAT-On-i865 then yes, Asus has a BIOS update to neable Not-PAT just like Abit. There is a TomsHardware article describing the Not-PAT trick in detail.
