Does the new layout for UPS tracking still say out for delivery when a package is being delivered?

I'm tracking a package with an "on time" scheduled delivery date of 9/26 (today). Usually it will say it's out for delivery when it is out for delivery, but the last activity was a Destination Scan last night in the destination city.

Do you think they just forgot to scan it when the put it on the truck this morning? Or is it that the new tracking doesn't show when it's out for delivery? I haven't tracked anything since they changed the layout so I don't know. Or maybe they just don't feel like delivering it today :\
