Does the new 1009 bios rev keep agp/pci locks for Asus A8V rev 1.02 boards

Need to know this. I am lookingh at rma'ing the board, but Asus is being hard asses about it saying that they do not need to support the locks, but I am wanting a 90nm processor. So doers anyone know if the new bios keeps the locks in place for the ver 1.02 ?

Don't know about your ver, but for 2.0 it does. Why not flash it and see, if not, flash back to original and report your findings back to us.
