Does the McAfee SpamKiller Work?

I saw a thread somewhere, I can't remember whether it was in this forum or another one, that said it works. I didn't read the thread though, so take that with a grain of salt.
 
I tried it. I didn't like it. It seemed overly complicated for what it does. I just went back to mailwasher and deleted them or bounced them off the server before they got to my computer. If I'm in a particular bad mood I would copy and paste them over at spamcop.net.
