Does the LG 32x10x40 CDRW have a 2MB buffer or an 8MB?

LG 32x10x40 (fixed link..sorry)

Lists in the text description that it has an 8MB, but then in the table it says 2MB...anyone have this drive know which it really is?

cool thanks.

Probalby seems like an inane question...but does it support burning CD Audio tracks? I don't see it on the format list...

I'm sure it does...but I didn't see it there.

I have this burner and yes of course it supports burning CD audio tracks.. i write all my CD's at 32X with no problem at all.. it's a great drive.

cool. I didn't think it wouldn't. I just didn't see it said specifically anywhere.

It's on for a great price.

Future Shop (a Canadian Home Electronics store owned by Best Buy) has it on sale for $119 with a $50 rebate. Discovery (a small computer chain) has the drive on for $99.

So if Future Shop will price match, add in the rebate, and I've got the drive for $49 😀

And that's Canadian...that's just over $30USD

😀

I think I'm going to have to buy one.

Yeah it has 8 mb of buffer.
Writes Audio Tracks CDs, CD-TEXT, etc.
And it can be flashed to 40x.
BTW Yield, have U been burnin 24x CD-R @ 32x? Works? Any problems? Have U burned a 16x CD-R @ 32x?
