Does the Latitude D600 come with DDR266 or DDR333 memory?

I'm not sure about the D600, but my 600m came with DDR266. Since the two models are so similar, I suspect the D600 will have DDR266 also.

Correction: I said earlier it came with DDR333. I just double-checked at the memory is only DDR266. Sorry, I must have accidentally thought of my desktop when I typed my response.

Yea its DDR266 I should have my D600 here by the end of the week. I own both the 600m and soon the D600 (the flimsy 600m contstruction just anoyed me too much, wanna buy mine?) and it is amazing how close in design they are. Same keyboard layout, very very similar chasis design, all of the ports etc are in the same place. Just the D600 has a fairly sturdy construction.
