Does the iPad or iPhone get slower if you use all of your space or just about?

Let say you have a iPhone or iPad 256 GB and use 240 GB will that slow down the device please ?

No, not as long as there is enough space for the OS to write whatever it needs to write. IME, hiccups don't really occur until there is less than 1 GB of free space, and serious slowdowns (and other issues) start when there is less than 100 MB available.

I find that if I have many pictures on my iPhone, some apps I have installed will take forever to load. They will load eventually, though, so it's not like the device is completely full. Just full enough to cause some kind of delay when loading new things.

Emptying the photo album to my computer returns things to normal.
