Does the Hotmail web-interface SUCK for anyone else?

I'm in the process of switching over to gmail, but in the meantime I've had nothing but troubles with the Hotmail website ever since they added the 250MB of storage. Anyone else had problems?

I swear I think they are trying to drive people away from their service.
 
The weirdest thing is when you click sign in, the panel on the left goes page not available or something like that.
