Does the DFI NF4 Ultra Infinity Motherboard work fine /w this rig?

Does the "DFI NF4 Ultra Infinity w/ DualDDR400, Audio, Gigabit Lan, SATAII, PCI-E x16" work well with this PC? Or would the "Asus A8N-E w/ DualDDR400, 7.1 Audio, Gigabit Lan, SATA2.0, PCI-E x16" be superior to that? I've been hearing so much about DFI motherboards, but usually it's the LanParty versions (they are much too expensive). Would the Infinity be fine?

That rig is very similar to the one I'm going to be getting. Consider getting an Opteron 165 instead of the 4400+. It overclocks past the 4400+ stock and is about half the cost. Thats what I've been hearing so far.
