Does the DFI 250Gb UT have IDE raid?

I know it has SATA raid, and in options in bios it has a section for IDE raid, but I only have 1 IDE controller, I've never used raid and If this board has the option for IDE raid i'd like to try it.

I have 2 7200 Rpm 80gb drives but ones maxtor and ones WD, would it work?

Do I have to reinstall everything from scratch?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I believe that as long as their the same size it will work. However, I've read that it is always best to use the exact same hard drive as that will always be better. So if you can try to avoid mixing the two and get either another maxtor or another WD.
