Does the Dell PowerConnect 2016 Switch have a cooling fan inside it?

Considering one of these for home use but dont want the additional noise of another cooling fan. Can anyone confirm? It looks like a rackmount switch so there's a good possibility - just want to make sure.

There was a deal on these switches a month ago (thread) and the several people stated that these are passive cooled and do not have fans.

I have to say, it is a nice little switch. Also if you can stand to spend the extra cash, get the three year support on it. It is well worth it.
You can then just get a swap for it when it dies, no questions asked.
