does the CUSL2 go back to default settings if it fails to post?

i read somewhere that the CUSL2 automatically reverts to a default fsb of 66mhz if there is a failed overclock attemp. is this true?
 
yes it is true also if you for some reason turn off you computer while in bios it will also revert back to default.for me i like this feature as other boards i own when clock to high and dont post i would have to reset cmos to get back on
