Does the BenQ FP241W/WZ/VW overscan over component?

Now after a lot of reading it seems pretty obvious that if you don't have the may 2007 firmware update it overscans over HDMI, and the may 2007 added an option to turn it off over HDMI. But I live in the Canada where we never recieved an option to turn off overscanning.

But I don't really have plans to use the monitor for HDMI, so does it overscan over component?
