Does the ATi Radeon have any DVD region locking?

Just wondering. Thanks. Also, which is the best DVD-ROM drive that isn't region locked/can be region-hacked?

The Radeon uses a modified version of the Cinemaster 2000 decoding engine, so you can change its region with DVD Genie. As for the best drive, im not sure about that, but there are quite a few region hacks here for DVD-ROMs.

the toshiba sd-m1212 prior to Jan 2000 are not region locked. Almost all(if not all) DVD drives made after Jan 2000 are region locked.
