Does the Asus voltage dampening increase overclocks?

I want the best board to over-clock a Q6700. Will an Asus P35 board overclock better than an equally priced gigabyte or abit one because of its voltage dampening feature? If I want to achieve the highest stable oc possible what should i go for?

Edit:

$150USD budget

on auto settings otherwise probably as it'll be supplying a higher Vcore.
With the others manually adjusted to compensate imo probably not.

For $150 you are probably looking at an abit IP35 Pro, Asus P5K-E, DFI P35-T2R or Gigabyte P35-DS3P.
Of course if you don't need their features you can spend less
