I wouldn't worry about it too much. ATA133 is nothing more than a marketing gimmick. Not even burst transfers can saturate ATA100. On top of that, HDDs must share the PCI bus with all of the other PCI devices in your system. Therefore, it will never be able to take full advantage of the PCI bus. Not to mention, the PCI bus is probably not quite 100% efficient.
