I got this off adaptec's website, so I guess I have my answer.

This applies to the following Operating System(s):

- Windows XP Answer The answer to this question is No,
the AAA/ARO series of RAID controllers are not supported under Windows XP.

There are no drivers provided by Microsoft or Adaptec.
There are also no plans by Adaptec to provide drivers in the future.

Although the Windows 2000 drivers may appear to function with Windows XP, Adaptec has conducted no testing in this environment.

Adaptec does not support this combination and configuration of products.
