I know that the Epox has more ...BUT I have read nothing but positive reviews of the Abit.

I am looking to hit at least 166FSB and maybe higher.

Depends on the RAM. The max DDR voltage on the board is 2.85. I have no problem hitting 212 FSB on the AT7 at 2.85v with 2 256MB sticks Corsair XMS PC2700. Original Samsung should do the trick also. (I would like to have the option of 3.0v like the KG7 though ;) )
Via4in1s are needed even if you use XP, right ?
I only use the AGP driver.

Here is what you do.

Install Win XP.
Create a restore point, install the new via 4in1's. If it runs good, your ok.
If you have problems, you can go back to running them without by restoring.

Woooow, how can you have that high voltage? On the CPU? Aircooled?
Tell me more?
What temps in idle/full_load?`

I have a KX7-333R and I get it to run at 10,5x168 (AMD XP 1600+) stable, but I think there is more to drain out of that CPU if I had more voltage to use on the CPU. But I get worried of the temps if I'd not use watercooling (or similar).
