does the Abit "KT7" support ATA 100 w/out using controller card?

i'm confused as to what motherboard supports ata100.
is it only the KT7 RAIDs or even the ordinary
KT7 (the one w/ 2 IDE controllers)

The KT7-RAID supports only ATA33/66 on IDE connectors 1 & 2. IDE connectors 3 & 4 (RAID) will support ATA 33/66/100. The KT7A-RAID will support up to 8 ATA-100 drives.
