Does the A7M266-D allow multiplier unlocking?

Are the o/cing features on the a7m266-d any good? Can the multiplier be unlocked? Will it work with xp's instead of mps?
Whats the best cooler that fits the cpus for this board?

Multipliers are locked on the processor and have nothing to do with the motherboard.

The A7M266-D has multiplier selection if your processor is unlocked.

This review has a little info on the subject. Looks like the lack of a Vcore adjustment may limit the board's OC potential.
