theres been debate about this.
the dip switch controlling it has been removed from the board, but does that mean that is doesnt work?? that it doesnt kick in at, say, 166fsb??
my testing has shown both conclusions,
ran a T-bird 1.2 unlocked @174x8.5 (1479) no problems
then unlocked my 1800 XP and ran that at 9.5x167 (1596) , a smaller overclock then it is capabe of
yet i was getting BSOD with NAV4 something erros, and DISTORTED text, telling me that the AGP bus (and therefore the PCI) was wayyy outta spec!!
i have emailed gigabyte, but not holding my breath
does nayone know for certain??
thanx all
