Does the 7950 GT (agp) have HDCP?

I need a video card that is AGP and has HDCP on it. I read it was up to the cardmakers to include it on the 7 series. And I want to get the fastest AGP card I can get so I can hang onto my system till I do a full upgrade next year. My HD-DVD's are still a little choppy so I need a better card. And there are a couple games coming up I'd like to run decent.

I was looking at this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a...0223&ATT=14-150-223&CMP=OTC-pr1c3watch

Product page: http://www.xfxforce.com/web/product/lis...3B+7900&productConfigurationId=1006114

I dont see HDCP mentioned anywhere at all. If it doesn't are there other cards or companies that would have it?

Thanks

Edit: The PCI-E version does and it says so on the spec sheets but I see nothing about the AGP version having it.

Well how about an ATI card then? Do ATI cards play HD-DVD well? Do they have good HD hardware decoding? I could get an x1950 xt or something. I've seen those with HDCP.

I'm waiting to see if there are any AGP versions of the HD 2x00 series cards, those have much better HD decoding than the X1x00 series.

Sapphire X1950Pro 512mb AGP supports HDCP...I suspect that most AGP X1950 series cards do.

Is it able to take some load off the CPU like the Nvidia cards do? I heard they weren't as good for that. Which is fine if it can at least take some of it off the CPU. My CPU is just barely not making it and gets choppy every so often and a lot on action scenes. If any card can help out at all and be good for games i'll get it. Thanks.

The new nVidia 8600 and similar is better at offloading CPU than the 7x00/x1950 series, but the new HD 2900 and others in the HD 2x00 series will be just as good as the 8600 if not better.
