Does that dirt cheap pricewatch memory work on BX boards?

Been thinking about filling up all my slots with 256 sticks of sdram. But I hear about compatibility problems of that ram with BX boards. Whats the situation?

The high density isn't going to go, but you should also know that the BX chipset was only set up to access 512 Mb of RAM. That means for boards that have four slots (most common) it wouldn't pay to fill them with more than 128 Mb each or put 256 Mb each into two. Pricewatch did have some basic PC100 RAM in 256 Mb sticks for just $32 from Accessmicro which is still pretty dang cheap.
